Standard credit terms are Net 30 from the date of invoice. Service charges are computed at the rate of 1.5% per month (18% annual percentage rate). If your account information changes, please notify us by email at: onlineapplications@sunstateequip.com.
Payments may be securely remitted through Navigator. To pay by mail, include your account number and invoice reference number, and submit to: Sunstate Equipment Co., LLC, PO Box 208439, Dallas, TX 75320-8439.
For your protection, Sunstate will never call or email you with instructions to send a payment to an address different than what is shown on your invoice.
Sunstate Equipment requires adequate liability insurance coverage by providing proof of “rental equipment” coverage on a valid Certificate of Insurance (COI). Certificates can be submitted by email to coi@sunstateequip.com. Without a valid COI, Damage Waiver fees may be automatically added to your rental contract. Please see our complete Terms of Rental.
To protect the interest of all parties, notices of “Materials Supplied” may be sent. Sunstate follows all state statutes regarding preliminary lien notices. These may vary by state; please contact us for state-specific requirements. Sunstate has the fastest lien release time in the industry!
