Thank you for visiting "Sunstateequip.com" – we are extremely excited to bring you the "new look" of Sunstate Equipment on the WEB!  Besides a more attractive and intuitive look and feel, we have added greater functionality and the ability for anyone to quickly find the information or resources they may be looking for.

Sunstate's Chairman and founder, Mike Watts, had a simple vision when he created Sunstate in Phoenix, Arizona back in 1977.  The idea was to provide high quality construction tools and equipment for the professional contractor, while upholding the highest standards of professionalism and integrity.  The commitment he made was to treat all employees with dignity and respect, while providing them a safe and professional work atmosphere they could be proud of.  His belief was, and still is, that "if you treat your employees with respect, then the employees will bend over backwards to take care of our customers."  That simple principle is the core of our operating philosophy today and we are committed to being the "rental people you can depend on."  The emphasis is on people  for a reason.  Most tools can perform the same job, but the people behind the tool make the difference.  From the friendly voice you hear on the phone, to our talented mechanics that make sure each piece is in tip-top shape before it leaves the yard, our entire team is committed to demonstrating the difference in service between us and our competition.  If you haven't had the pleasure of renting from Sunstate, put us to the test and find out for yourself if we truly are the "rental people you can depend on."  You won't be disappointed!
